Salon Policy

  • As a courtesy, our front desk team provides appointment confirmation calls with details of your services, 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Failing to respond to these messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as you cancelling your scheduled services. We require a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to reschedule or cancel. Failure to do so will result in a $100.00 charge on the card you provided upon booking for any colour services.

  • Late Policy

    We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your appointment slot. Any late arrivals will have to be rescheduled if time no longer allows us to complete the originally booked service. We will always do our best to accommodate. It is important for our valued clients to know that when forgetting or cancelling an appointment without sufficient notice, our stylists miss the opportunity to fill that appointment spot, and our clients waiting for services miss out on available appointments.

  • Adjustment Policy

    If you have any concerns or require any tweaks to your hair, please notify us within 5 days of your services to book a complimentary alteration with your stylist. Due to the time and materials that go into your customized services, we do not offer refunds. However, we are more than happy to offer complimentary alterations to your original look, within 5 days of your appointment. Please reach out to our front desk team to schedule your alteration with your same stylist. We want you to love your hair everyday!

  • No Tolerance Harassment Policy

    At Central Hair, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment for all clients and team members. Harassment in any form is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated. Harassment undermines our core values and the positive atmosphere we aim to create. Harassment is any unwelcome conduct, communication, or behaviour that creates an intimidating, hostile, and/or offensive environment. This includes, but is not limited to, offensive jokes, slurs, derogatory comments, unwanted advances, inappropriate touching, and any other conduct that violates the personal boundaries of others. By adhering to this No Harassment Tolerance Policy, we are committed to creating a salon experience that is welcoming, respectful, and enjoyable for everyone.
